It is not worth writing a lot about Juliie Mehretu, it is the usual phenomenon carried by some
big marketing operation. I do not say that Mehretu does not possess an excellent technique and some ideas but I see nothing but a form of wall painting, mimicking the Chinese and some Westerners who in turn were inspired by painting made up of apparently complex but completely repetitive signs and structures .
A big yawn.
